As you enjoy the day and count your blessings with your family, please take a moment and look at this photo essay from the Atlantic about a warrior who came home from Afghanistan to learn to walk again. There are thousands of young people still in theater over there, subject to daily threat, both from the enemy and the indigenous people. So give thanks and prayers for those that serve the rest of us!
