Another Mad CARtoonist: Pete Millar

A house fire cost me all my childhood 'toons books. Always a favorite of mine, but can someone confirm a foggy memory for me? I recall quite well the story in HRM, "The Last Drag Race" about the last night and closing of Lions. I recall all the "pictures" of the event were Millar cartoons. Yes? No? Lost the issue, haven't seen it at a swap meet yet.

 

Thanks mr norwell for the info..jeff carries on the tradition nicely with his wonderful art..in a way you could argue that many of the cartoon depictions became serious full size cars and ideas for many.may God bless them all..if there is a car cartoon heaven,well ya know they got a helluva pen..all the best,M.
