Timing light question

Still not sure what forum to post ,but here goes.

Are these decent? I see they sell under the Snap-On/Bluepoint name also

I already have a 12V powered basic timing light, but I want one to see total advance like I guess a dial back type.
Obviously not a pro, I just want to work on our old junk
