New to the site, thought I'd say hello. My names Rich, live near Kalamazoo Mi. I'm on a few other forums with the name "Gotmud" which is taken already here, long story it started years ago. Last winter I rebuilt a 74 Pontiac Lemans, I realize this site isn't geared toward that type vehicle. I've recently picked up a 1939 Pontiac Business Coupe for a project this winter. I haven't started working on it yet, still picking and poking and doing a lot of research. I actually found the car I bought in the for sale section here, thought that was funny. Also met another member Duke on my journey for the missing front end parts. Mostly complete now and only looking for a few more parts to complete. I'll be starting on it one day this week, looking forward to it. Still haven't decided on an engine yet. I don't want to subframe or swap the rear, wanting to stick pretty damn original without any bling. I've already decided on a straight 6 but haven't found one I've pulled the trigger on purchasing yet. I'm actually considering even using a flathead 6 which was original. Even though everyone tries talking me into a v8, it will be inline. Anywho....... This is my hello which I thought was going to be short. Here are a couple pictures.... Even one of the 74 lol.
I was searching for the same topic/ question but this page really satisfied me with the details which are very much important as well as will help others also. Textile Designing Software Chinese Antique Furniture Seforim loadxtreme istqb training providers in pune galapagos tours
Hey I'm the new guy here! Saw a picture of an old piolot house dodge on this site, and the guy did what I had in mind to do to my 1951 dodge truck. got the truck when I was 13, and spent 5 years restoreing it. that was 44 years ago! time to do it again! anyway I just bought a 1952 dodge today that looks like a pickup cab and frount end but has a 9 foot bed on it, and what looks like 1 ton running gear under it. Does anyone know if this is a rare find? I would like to build a 4 door truck and need it for parts. Just never seen a 9 foot bed on one of these.
