Those photos were taken at the first BilletProof Detroit. The photographer is a HAMB member.

    :)

I have had the pleasure to eat breakfast with " Chili " Catallo a few times......before he died. He was always amazed at the reception and place in Deuce History his 32 had. He was a very nice guy and humble about the 3W.

He told me one time that IF his 32 had not been on the Beach Boys album cover.....it would have faded into the past without any fanfare....like so many from that era.....

Mike Alexander talked about the ******** and it was kind of a surfer thing....

That car is amazing.... the restoration on it ****s though.

It is one of my favorite cars ever, and to here Mike and Larry tell the storys about it was one of the best times of my life.

Maybe it would be cooler if it had a theme? ***s.

I gotta say, it was cool as hell standing there as it p***ed by coming in to the park. It was like it was it's own parade, people standing on each side of the drive, watching in awe as it rolled by.
    One *****in' car for sure.

great car except for those side strakes...60's show car style is one of my fav's. as far as the ******** goes if you go a google search you will find this was a very popular and good symbol long before the nazis hijacked it...i'll never be able to see it as anything but bad myself.

I dont really like it. Guess im a ***. Oh well.

I wont deny that it has some very interesting characteristics, but those 3 running boards dont agree with me, and that grille shell thing I could do without. Or maybe if the shell was styled differently. Idk.

Just because I dont like the car doesnt mean that I hate the builders.

I dig the color, the white roof panel, the wheels, and definately like the rear of it, reminds me of bobble eds green roadster.

And the section looks pretty wicked. Anyone know how deep it was?

I've always liked the car but hated the song. How you gonna say "you don't know what I got", and then proceed to tell EVERYBODY what you got?

that car was the first to really turn me onto custom hot rods. great stance, chop, etc. but i never cared for the alexander bros grille shell, the bars on the tail. the ferrari styling i don't mind so much, i just don't like how they're so wide. but other than that, the car's pretty killer. really like the scallop work too.
