41 - 48 ford chassis

im getting back to work on my 48 ford, my question to the experts is i have the chance to buy a complete rolling ch***is from a 41 ford.. are they interchangable ?? what would i have to comparwe to make sure they are. im hoping to leave my f48 a roller and work on the 41 frame and then just swap the body overwhen the frame is complete... any help would be great.

 

thats what i was affraid of, i knew it was too good to be true. so much for that bright idea.
