Tech week will end on Tuesday, November 8th. The best tech article will be chosen by Bruce Lancaster and will recieve a HAMB Drags t-shirt.

Reminder: NO OFF TOPIC POSTS AT ALL DURING TECH WEEK HOMIES...

Does this mean nothing but tech articles, or nothing but rodding?

Otay - I'm going to bite into this one, and take whatever comes.
Why should anybody else? I've bit bigger bullets....

    1) WHAT is "Tech Week"?
    2) WHY is tech week.
    3) HOW does "TECH WEEK" work?

Are there rules, and do you get points or something?

    "WAS IST DAS SCHIESSE?"

Gimme all the info I can get, and I'll ride that ****er like a blown 427 welded into a Harley frame...

Tech week is a week long dedication to pure and simple "how to" threads.

why? because Tech is better than "how much is this worth, and where can i get the best pomade" kinda ****

how does it work? if you have detailed information, step by step on how to do something, ANYTHING rod and or custom related, post it. include pics and details on each step.

    THAT is tech week

Not nothing but tech, but nothing that doesn't involve traditional hot rodding.

OK--ending on Tuesday will officially mean MIDNIGHT tonight. There is just too much good stuff happening to end this any sooner--there's a new contender every time I hit refresh.
As always, I am awed by the sheer range of skills and knowledge here.
Winner will be announced Wednesday midmorning Eastern time.
Then we can get back to serious drama...
MANY thanks to 60's style for his work in keeping track of this fountain of tech articles.

not only will the chosen winner recieve a HAMB Drags T shirt but,

as is Traditional here after Tech Week,

    the winners thread
(and a few other outstanding threads)

will be moved to the Tech Archives for permanent reference.

    history in the making!

After this is over (not soon enough) I'm gonna start a really cool thread about "Boyd and J. James building a rat rod and selling it on ebay together".......only to have Blue Bear buy it and burn it with 10 gallons of gasoline.......

Now THAT would get some response!

Has truly been a great tech week, wish I could have gotten started on our 3rd installment, Bruce....sorry I'm lagging....but Tech is good any time!
