Hey guys , putting togethor a 48 chevy coupe, 235 with dual carbs and fenton exhaust. My buddy has a Mallory distributor model ycm type 180 g he would like to sell me......Was wondering if anyone out there had any info on this distributor . I know its a dual point for a six 6 cylinder buts that's about it. It has a cap that looks like a magneto cap and says magspark on the side of it. Are their still parts available for this , Is it chevy and if so which engine any idea when it was made ? Any help would be greatly appreciated !!! Thanks guys.
