Is this a 42 Dodge?

Looking for a more educated opinion. It's harder for me to tell because the guys are blocking the grill but my guess is a 42 Dodge.

Thanks Hnstray. Upon further study and more googling I think it may actually be a Plymouth based on the grille. One of the guys is my wife's grandfather. We were trying to figure out the year and what they were doing. Thanks for the reply

 

Definitely a 1942 Plymouth.

 

Looks like a 42 Plym from here.

 

If that's 1942 I would say they are getting ready to enlist. Hope they all made it through to have a productive gearhead life style!
