Identification of Buick emblem needed?

Hello all I recently came across this box of Buick emblems. Most of them off newer cars. Anyway this one emblem at least I think it is an emblem looks vintage to me. The end of it looks almost like it's meant to go into the steering column like a blinker arm. I'm trying to figure out what it is off of.

It goes between the headlamps of a 1930 Buick. The right side rod is gone.

1931 and 1932 Buick also has a bar/emblem between the lights.
