I seem to have recalled that these films we're done in many other states! California had one that was very similar to this and were sometimes shown in cl***rooms as driver education to curve speeding youngsters from reckless driving on public roads! I was at the PRI show this week. There were engine building contests with high school kids.... Wearing helmets. No ****, they were wearing helmets to build a small block. This video reminds me how things were - roll bars that were a foot lower than the driver's head, hand tightened lug nuts and no sign of lawyers waiting to sue the organization that sanctioned the race when Squirrels stub their toe. Thanks for reminding me that we weren't always a bunch of soft heads.
I know that I've gotten frustrated enough working on stuff before that I wanted to beat my head against something.
