I recently bought a set of Sealed Power (TRW) pistons P/N 2383P. I cannot find the compression height or the weight of these heavy slugs. If someone can confirm it as 1.92" (CH) I* would appreciate the help. I have built many Mopar engines (HEMI, Small Block, RB and B Block) types so I know a few things about them I am also going to mill valve reliefs in the tops. How much meat is in the top of these slugs without my measuring them? I will use the 15 degree valve angle.
Thanks, P.S. I also design and build ********s for antique and cl***ic auto radios.

  2. Those are old Sealed Power 440 Mopar low compression stock replacement forged pistons. I have no info on them except it says they were were superceded by L2388F.

The L2388F piston I have listed as weighing 827 grams, and having a 1.926" CH.

Do you build these motors to the same quality as the one I bought off of you that had to be completely rebuilt before it could be run?

All you need is a dial caliper to get a rough measurement.
