That's a very good question. They all look the same.
I was looking at buying a below the deck lid panel for a 34 coupe, I looked at S.A.R. macs drake and Howell all look the same but different pricing and had the same question.
Also shopping for deck lid hinges Steve macs and drake all photos look the same but with different pricing with close up view all are Bob drake hinges being sold by different vendors and different pricing.

    I have a 34 5 window.
I don't know about the inner fenders but I used Howel's rear corners. They had to be cut up to fit right. I cheaped out on the corners and didn't buy Don Smart or SAR. It took me some time to get the Howells fit up.
When it came time for the lower quarter patches I used SAR and they were nice. The Howell quarter patches that I bought (before the SAR stuff) may fit a Jeep, VW Thing or something else with flat sides.
Look close at the crumbled up front lower corner of the Howell inner fenders in your pic.
It all depends on how much money you want to try to save and how much time you want to spend fittin' things.
Who of those three builds complete bodies? Like my wife says "I'm just sayin"

There are many many parts that have only one manufacturer and are sold by vaious dealers in their own pakaging at their own pricing schedule. Compe***ion comes in when the available part is often NOT available, or is inferior in quality, or is over-priced.

Many parts are of foreign manufacture but not known to the retail customer because the distributor or retailer are not following US law or using various "loopholes" in the law regarding component manufacture overseas and complete ***embly in USA.

After some research...It appears that all of these are coming from the same place. Tom Bay from R&J enterprises in Kansas. Unless anyone elso knows otherwise???

Tom Bay from R&J enterprises makes 99% of the parts that all the others sell, including SAR. They make all of their primary stampings, but all of the little patches...front quarters, rear corners, tailpan, lower door patches & rockers are all made by Tom.

You are correct they are made by Tom Bay. One wouldn't think that SARS would resell Tom Bay parts but they do. You would get a better part by buying the whole quarters from SARs and using only the wells.

Here are some pics of the wheelhouses I got from Donnie Smart...Super quality, fit great. Doesn't offer them with the crows foot detail. I bought these after buying the Tom Bay ones pictured above. No comparison in quality.

How about front fenders for a 34? Who's got the best ones? For fit and price?
