Projects Info on HEMI Valve Covers

  1. Does anyone know any information on the manufacturing process of the Chrysler FirePower Reproduction Valve Covers? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

  5. I'm interested in the Manufacturing Process. How would I mass produce these if I wanted to put Authenthic Reproductions on the market?? Would I stamp them out of steel or would it be more efficient for me to cast them??

    Not enough market here when you consider the cost of a quality die-set to stamp enough out just to pay for it and since you want to be exact, there are licenseing issue's at play. Arias cannot use the word "HEMI" on there HEMI CHEVY valve covers because Chrysler tm the use/word in disription of a product.

    One, they are already being produced...so why bother? It takes years to recover an investment like that...even made in China.
    Second, if they are cast, they are not an authentic reproduction of anything Chrysler ever made for an early hemi.
