History Help me Identify this Edmunds intake manifold

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by TNTcoupe, Jan 3, 2014.

  1. A few weeks back a buddy and I went to an old guys place that i know of, he used to own a junkyard and when he sold it he brought a lot of his "treasures" to the acerage behind his house. Luckily for us nearly all of it is for sale. Between me and my friend we have pulled several truck loads of goodies out of this place. After trying for over a year we were able to talk him out of this Edmunds intake. Now, we're trying to figure out what it fits.... and the desireabilty and value would be nice to know as well. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Who can identify it................

Kaiser six, otherwise known as a Continental engine. Flathead six, 226 cubic inches, also used in trucks, Checker cabs, Jeep pickups, and even forklifts. Good old Eddie Edmunds....he made an intake for EVERYTHING.
