Needing some thoughts/ pics to what you used as far as a FLOOR shifter in your A. Sky is the limit, but ideas with space limitations, function, and appearence....Not into brand bashing,so let's keep this on track please.
I'm thinking something shorter than 16''. I know brands offer different heights,so no issues. Just what has worked out and thoughts.
    Thanks.:)

Don't have one in an "A" but I like my lokar. I know they make a 16", if I was to buy another auto shifter it'd be a lokar.

  3. 23" double bend Lokar, love it. Sorry I don't have any pic's with the int. finished.

Column shift with custom made levers and stainless knobs. Lower linkage uses custom made arms, some 5/16 rod and heim ends. Neutral start handled by a Lokar switch, was going to use a trans mounted one off a GM van but couldn't find one for a SP400.

Kind of a 50's look when a lot of the guys were adapting column shift to replace floor shift.

Checked and couldn't find any pictures of it all together.
