Projects what's this firewall from????

    Friend has a firewall he wants to p*** on to me.. any idea what it is from?? been comparing pics but no luck... thanks

    looks like the '37-'38 chevy truck firewall. there are no tags on the firewalls of the ones i am working on. the earlier grill brace had a bend to go around the air cleaner, yours are straight. do you have a side picture of the bead/beads?

    Company called "Filling Station" specializes in Chevy stuff and has some info related to your question. It appears there are tags on your cowl on the p***enger side. Maybe this link will help you decipher the tags.....

    Looks like it had an inline 6 in front of it at one time. I'll go with the chevy guys.

    It does look Chevy. If that is the window frame in the background it is definitely not "37-'38 truck.

    yes, i did not notice the window frame in the first picture.
    flat window, with square edges, '31 earlier?
