Event Coverage '54 Ford Club of America Convention

The upcoming '54 Ford Club of America is having the bi annual meet this August somewhere in the Dearborne,Michigan area 14th through the 17th.

We are planing on going and I was interested in knowing what if anything is going on during that time.

Places to visit,things to see. HRP

 

Umm third weekend in August is the Woodward Dream Cruise aka the worlds largest traffic jam...it's a love / hate event....but if your in town..

I am sure the event will be at Ford World HQ...down the street from Henry's mansion Fairlane..the Henry Ford is across the street.

I would extend an invitation to show you all the Automotive History your brain could handle. From Ford to Briggs to Fischer to Dodge to Packard...It ain't Motown for nothin!

 

I've heard of the Woodward Cruise but not being from that area I never knew when it was..I appreciate the offer. HRP

 

That's sounds very interesting only 54s.
I looked on map about 900 miles, if the old 6 cylinder holds up.
Will keep in mine.

Some kind of a cruise/tour of the sites would be cool !
