223 Distributor

Does anyone know if there is a direct fit, upgrade for the stock distributor for my old 223? Appreciate the help!

I assume that you're trying to get rid of the awful all vacuum advance stock distributor. The drive on a 240/300 distributor looks very close to that of a 223. You'd have to make sure that the advance moves in the same direction for both engines.
