Crestliner trim installed. Foxcraft skirts. 1959 dodge lancer crab claw caps. Put the rear seat springs in. Top irons in and go up and down now too. I can do some of this! 1300 miles already too!! Gotta take the time to work on the seats. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1379468291.187366.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1379468313.691518.jpg

  3. ...looks nice with the trim and lancers. Agree with you and others about the headrests, but the seats don't look too far off as they are otherwise trimmed out in a sixties style.

Love the look of all the chrome along with the patina. Looks like an old but still loved car.

Brightwork looks great on there. Consider the CLR trick on the existing rusted areas, there's a couple of how to threads on here. CLR the body, buff and wax and it should clean up and bring some shine back to the paint. Just keep it on the road and driving, work on little areas at a time.

Car looks nice, but you really need to lose those exhaust tips.

Ouch. Not sure that will happen. I like them a lot and get a ton of compliments on them. Respect your opinion though. Thanks.

Love it! My brother had one when we were kids. It was chartreuse, white top and black and chartreuse leather interior with three twos on a flathead. Fun car. BTW, everyones got an opinion on what is "right" for your car. Build it your way it will be "right". Keep at it...

I would say the only thing I see that I don't like about the car is how high the front seat sits. The stock seat normally stops just below the window opening. Unless it's just like that because it's not bolted down then nevermind. I see it all the time on cars with seats that are out of something else and it always bugs me. I do love the look of you ride and wait to see it when it looks like the rendering.

I have to say I also don't care for the exhaust tips. A straight round pipe is so much cleaner.

Those tips are cool because they are different.

:D That's like saying the kid who climbs on the short bus is cool because he is different :D

Because you say differently doesn't make it wrong. To each his own.

Anyone who even remotely makes fun of kids with special needs or thinks thats funny at all has some worse issues of their own in my opinion.

Grow up! If you are blessed to do so, as I think you probably are.

    Thank you!
Original crestliner wheel with Limeworks horn ring, their safety shift kit on the original column along with their turn signal kit. I just came across a good original horn ring so I will stash that away for now.

Someone needs to lighten up a little. There has to be some room for humor in your day. :)
