    Hello everyone,
I am going to alter my pullmax and would like to here some input on this.
What I am going to do is open the throat on my P-3 pullmax to allow for high crown panels. I also want to adapt eckold shrinking and streching dies to it. I understand that the pullmax is quite diferent in design from the Kraft Former mechanism. But I will only be using this aplication for shaping aluminum 3003 .064 and .080 stock. I understand that the machine would struggle with Cold Rolled or AK drawing steel, but i don't need it for that. I am fabricating a aluminum body and have used a Kraft Former in the past and it dramatically reduces fabrication time. I don't want to lose what the pullmax does now so I will fabricate a tower pedestal for the lower fence guide. Has anyone used these 20mm Kraft Former dies in a pullmax ? and how did they work ?

Check with Clay Cook, Ccook Enterprises. They do make Eckold adapters for Pullmax machines. That's a pretty big die for a P3
