i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i just saw squablows tech on his 4 to 2 door conversion. i have a 64 caddy hardtop fleetwood and im thinking that the same drill might work. if anyones got a 64 two door hardtop deville, what is the distance between where the a pillar meets the roof and where the sail panel meets the roof? much apreciated.
leave it a four door just shave all the handles that way it easier to get you and your girl in the back seat
That's what I've done with my 64 Imapala with great hesitation. Now that its near done I love the 4 door shaved look and would not have it any other way. It's unique, fast and looks great. No one has to climb into the rear seat either. 4 doors can be very cool when shaved, I did away with most trim as well, welding shut 200 some holes, along with lowering and handling it looks great, especially with the larger wheels and lower profile tires.
sounds like ya got a nice 64 although dont know about the big wheels and lopros but then again im a skinny whites kind of guy
