Have Chevy 14" wheels with dog dish hub caps and I am wondering if the caps will fit 15" wheels and if so which ones if there is a difference ??

Chevy and Ford dog dish caps are the same size and the size of the wheel makes no difference if they are outside mount.

There are two different sizes on the 15 inch GM, I think 10 3/4 and 9 and 1/2 not sure on the exact measurements, but the smaller is the same as 14's. I don't know if 14's have two sizes

The 9 inch ones were used on Falcons, Corvairs, etc. and other small cars like that. The 10" ones are the universal ones.

As you can probably tell, it depends on the original application of the 14s. I had Camaro / Nova hubcaps on my '68 Camaro that had originally come on 14s, but they mounted right up to the '84 Caprice 15s that I had on the car.

Likewise, on my Falcon, I ran a set of '52 Ford hubcaps that had originally come on 15s but were attached to 14s from a '70s Maverick.

The Dog Dish caps I have are from a Belair so I guess they are pretty much standard size...??

    Yep. "Industry Standard."

The beautiful '50 Merc 'Ash Cans' (dog dish) were 11-1/4", only fit Merc wheels, '49-'51; so Pete the Wheel (Sonora, CA) made some repops in the 10" size! Still under $30 apiece...

Even my '50 Studebaker uses the big Ford / Chevy 10-1/8" hubcap.

Do you guys know for sure if the early 60s Malibu Chevelle dog dishes will work on 70s-80s GM 5 lug steelies??
