Technical It's 1962 and your Hot Rod Needs a STEERING WHEEL

    '62 was the build-to year on my '52 Ford and I used a '59 Ford wheel with a '57 horn ring (all pretty similar for 57-59). Not in a hot rod for the example pic but I saw a lot of these in the early magazines. Aftermarket metalflake wheels seem more mid to late 60's to me and the 30's and 40's Ford ones seem too early for a '62 build.

    One of the nicest Ford Steering Wheels of the 50's and it looks great in your car!

    Any experts answer this then...'Ansen' or Covico'....depending on who you talk too you get a different answer...any helps appreciated!

    I'm thinking the cool kids would have ordered a Grant 3 spoke. Anything else would look too big and "parent like".:D
