Here's my Chrysler model 21, just finished it, glass beaded, primed, painted, pressure checked, new 12 volt motor, now all I need is a decent cab and I'm all set. My 32 cab is a bit rough, so I'll keep looking for a 32 - 34 that's better.

I have this same one. Yours is the only other I've seen.

On mine the center division bar is a little bent, but I think it is potmetal so I'm afraid to try to straighten it.

The little winged emblem says Francisco (or Franciscan- I can't remember which.)

Ya know, I thought it was rare...I had never seen one either and I always keep my eye out for heaters. I'm trading a freshly renickled hadees for it. When my buddy bought it from the swap it had a couple homemade deflectors made out of bits of an old road sign. Do you know anything about the company that made it? JohnnyA

  4. I used a cable control valve out of an '80s Honda. just looked around the junkyard until I found something suitable.

What are you guys using for 12v motors in these?
I have a 41-48 Ford heater about 1/2 done for my coupe, and have been trying to figure out what motor o uses for it.

Here is my 'Deluxe' in mock up condition. I used 4, three inch, 12 volt, computor fans I got off of ebay. Want to hook up the fans to come on one at a time, low , medium, high, and hellonearth.

I use a computer case fan. They have'em in 12 volt, and if you mind the specs some of them move a fair bit of air with minimal power draw.

Computer fan might not move enough air in a big car or extreme cold, but is plenty to take the chill off here in the bay area in my coupe.

    Cheap too...

Some great old heaters in this collection, here's my NOS Southwind (Stewart Warner). I won't be hooking it up, only for aesthetics. I have a rare defroster option and other bits and pieces. Love those old art deco heaters, very stylish!

I used a Four Seasons 35576 in my Chrysler model 21, it's rev rotation, 3 inch dia, just over 3 inches long with 1/4 inch shaft, CARQUEST 208910 for $28.00 got a resistor and switch off the Bay for an old International truck for my 3 speeds, a real cinch to wire up too. Have fun,
