Projects 50 Ford radiator

    Other than stock anyone know an application that fits well ?
    Lower outlet on passenger side
    Upper can be either

    I have a aluminum one from Wizard Cooling in my '50. I painted black so it's not too noticeable. They can put what ever hose outlets on that you want.

  4. Take a tape measure to a Pik-a-Part type junkyard and look for something pretty close in dimensions. First place I'd look would be full size pickups like Ford F150s.

    I am going to assume you are not running a flathead so a lot of people are using Mustang radiators but I used a 68 Cougar radiator in my 50 with a 348 for an engine. It was a little larger than the Mustang.

    ..........So we're assuming not a flathead, you might take a look at tri-five Chevy radiators.

    Look into mid-60's Comet , I believe they had a lower PS hose connection .

    To bad Dennis is so expensive. ....
    They are only 45 min away

    Check out a Dodge Dart with a V8 from the late 60's or other Mopars. I can't remember which one. They are almost a bolt in.

    I was looking at radiators set up for SBC because of the water inlet/outlets on my 300. There's gotta be direct fit aftermarket radiators for SBC to Shoebox.
