This yard has been mentioned before but it doesn't hurt to take another look. French Lake Auto Parts (FLAP). I just wish I lived closer. http://www.oldcarsweekly.com/blogs/under-the-hood/french-lake-auto-parts-50s-finds-galore
Yeah that was my home yard once, went there to get Stude convertible top parts, Power Wagon parts...once I was wrenching away and heard a wierd snorting behind me. A couple of the feral hairy Shetland pony stallions that kept the weeds and gr*** cropped were about to fight over mares. They began to roar at each other and I locked myself into a 1960 Pontiac station wagon, the biggest heaviest iron fort I could get to... Biting and kicking, making ferocious roaring sounds, crashing against the two ton Pontiac and making it rock. I could heard the air rush from the beasts as they crashed fighting to the ground... It was over in five minutes and I emerged from my fort a chastened man, never again to say, "It's just a little pony">
Great operation and they also happen to be an Alliance Vendor. Not a bad place to walk around and just look.
