Projects Gene Winfield grille bars

I bought these a few years back and I was told they were made by gene Winfield does anyone have any info on them?

They look a lot like factory 1950 Packard grille bars to me. Are they stainless?

They are steel, chromed welded brackets at ends

Can you post a picture of the back? I ordered one for a customer a few years back. Nicely made.

 

hopefully this will work you might be able to zoom in on the back and the end brackets, any info would be great. Thanks
