I've never done anything. Here's a picture of a car I found on the interweb. I think green is pretty.

I'll be too busy crying in the locker room. The funny thing is, he was 11 when we did the first Billetproof.

I like it. I agree with the roof line off of a 59 elco. But I think it looks cool as hell the way it is now.

Squa and I pondered at the thing while on our cross country journey. It is WILD!!! I can't wait to see it finished and driving!! I would have gone miles out of our way to see it, lucky us we had to make a drop there. Too bad a nice imperial was donated for the cause!

Yeah, the cut up Imperial in the back yard almost made me cry, being a huge ForwardLook fan, but damn, that truck is even more scary and unbelievable in person. It kinda reminds me of that car from the movie Men in Black, when they drive it through the tunnel and there's all kinds of pipes and fins and **** sticking out of it, except this one was for real. I sure hope the pictures turn out.

I would say the truck rates up there with Kopper kart, Dream Truck, and other wild trucks of the early days. When it first hit the HAMB I loved it!! I would like to see the truck road worthy. I'm afraid that motor would make it tuff for a driver. Can you imagine the heads that it would turn going down the highway??

Kan't wait for the day that I can see it in person.

    Keep up the goos work!!

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

  18. Wouldn't it have been easier to put a short top on a '61 Chrysler?

I'm not criticizing the car per-se, it just seems like a lot of work to go to when you could have combined some other things or just made an el-camino type of thing out of the Chrysler donor - and kept that wild bubble dash too.

It is funny though how the lines work with each other from the truck to the car, for two totally different vehicles in the first place.

Hah, I actually think it would be a bit cooler with a hood. Someone put a lot of time and effort into that and I'm impressed, I just feel like the cartoonish motor distracts from the rest of it.

But then, what do I know? I like sleepers.

Yes it was one hell of a Christmas party at Creative Customs last friday nite. stlouisg***er, biggen and myself went. Did some bull ****tin with monster flake and countless other local hot rodders. I my self love talkin to the old men at partys like that. They usually dont say anything till you talk to them and WAM, a wealth of info and "i use to own some of those". One of those guys was the fella that Bill bought the 65 chevy p.u. from. He basically said, this use to be mine and look what bill did to it. He was a cool man, has a bunch of studebakers too. Got to love drinkin beer in a custom car shop and checkin out everything. I sat in the pink truck and could not stop smilin the entire five minutes i was in there. It is a manual trans too. And like monsterflake, i forgot my camera too. Hope more of you out of town guys can make it next year.
