cool rebuild, i am building a 48 Nash in the UK, but it is a 4 door with torque tube so I am keeping the running gear stock.
Just rewiring it at the moment.

  23. Great! I have some parts over if U are interested. Nos spedometer wire (Stuart warner ) in box
The trunk floor. And a lot of small parts.
    Was your a ambassador?
Is there any Nash meet in the UK?

I have only had mine a few months now so I dont think there will be a dedicated Nash meet but I will be taking mine to a few hotrod meets hopefully.
I have just made a new rear section for the boot of mine. Oh well....
mine is an ambassador I think. Not 100% sure.
Just going through the electrics at the moment and the dash has been removed so I can paint and clean it up.

If your car has a frame it's a ambassador. And it has leafspring rear
If your car has a unibody it's a 600. And it has NOT leafspring

    Cool car
[IMG]My brothers first car 48 ambassador. He drove it from 1997 to 2001 until a lady ran a red light and he hit her killing the front of the frame. He put fatman clip under it but has never put it back together.

  28. Allright, then it's a 600 model.
When I got my Nash, I also got a new friend. Just 15 minutes from me there's a old man that have a 600 -48. He helps me alot when I'm full of stupid questions.
