Anyone know who owns this Panel Delivery? I've seen it a few times on eastern shore Maryland near Denton. http://www.flickr.com/photos/swmyers73/12413527765/
If it is in fact from the Denton area, I bet the guys at the Hot Rod Garage could tell you who it belongs to. Looks like a very cool Panel Delivery.
I don't think they know. I did ask Ray (owner of HRG) about it on my last visit to the shop. Said he's seen it, but doesn't know who owns it. I do know where the owner lives, but didn't want to pull in there looking like a snoop lol. I was just hoping to check it out a little closer and maybe see if he would ever be interested in selling it. it would probably be out of my price range anyway. lol
............I've gone up and knocked on doors many times and haven't gotten shot......yet. You just have to be apologetic and tell them you're sorry for being forward but would just like to talk to you briefly about your car. Most car guys are pretty cool about it especially if you roll up in something that they might even find interesting. I've found that some people put on a "tough" front at first but seem to mellow if they sense that you are sincere and not just some chucklehead looking to waste their time. Save the part about "Is it for sale?" until you've gained a modi*** of trust. Just my ramblings. Good luck......Don.
I tuned into those wild pictures of Rods. Great Entertainment. I like to see different personalities in them. I've had many different Cars, in my life. I bought my first one in 1955, a '41 Ply. When I turned 16 and got my License, I use to pull in and get Gas, and said give me a Gallon Allen ! Gas then was 24.9 a gal. I just picked up a '51 Ford Panel, that needs a ton of work, but most of it there. Wishing for better Weather, sort of ****s right now !
