    Very nice, but I don't think it's 1/4 scale. Too small.

    The guy on the right said that it was 1/4 scale, and a sedan model went for over $30,000. He said that the coupe might go for around $40k.

    ....if I recall, the Hudson was a paint 'buck' for the designers to test out various paint combinations before production. I think the 1/4 scale reference was for the coupe....

    I saw that on the show last night - across a loud bar. Wondered what they were saying about it.

    It and another huge model like that are featured in a toy book I have at home.

    Saw that last night too. I want the paint model. $1400 seems reasonable for something like that.
     
  11. I have personally seen the '32 Hudson sedan and '32 Es*** coach that were done like this at the factory. Years ago. They even have detailed interiors! Yes, BIG BUCKS.

    theres a hudson museum in ypsilanti mich that used to be a hudson dealership. they have a number of these paint bucks. im pretty sure they also have the molds for a few different models, including the itailia
