So recently I picked up set of 4 1964 date coded Cragar S/S off craigslist. I didn't pay much for them. Anybody know if they're worth anything? Does it matter if they're from the first year they were made? Can anybody give me info on them. I did a Google search but not much info came up.

I think the value will have more to do with condition than being first year production. It's a good cool factor though. Are they polished center or chrome?

Well it's condition then they're probably not worth much. Someone decided to paint them white!

So many millions of S/S wheels were made, not likely someone would be looking for date-coded wheels, but you never know. Someone may also be building a '64-era custom and wants to use only '64 and older parts.

Post detailed pix of each wheel ft & back. Size, back spacing, bolt pattern and straight and true will all factor in their potential value. Thank the people for responding. And if you hang out here understand that this site is not a catch all for old cars. Introduction on your part is respectful.
