so a while back i upgraded from my blue Baileigh bead rolelr (BR-18E-36) to the bigger and badder BR-16E-36. let me tell you what, most people would say a bead roller is a bead roller. but this new machine is out of this world!!!!! here are some detailed of pics of what makes this machine so awesome. here is the machine over all, all heavy duty built in the USA the upper die is chain driven wit it being a high throat, and it has a quick lock to raise and lower the die, as well as the the adjuster handle at the top to adjust the over all depth . that makes things awesome to keep the depth consistent. industrial motor main control panel to choose which side of machine you are working from both sides have this direction knob and a max speed adjustment. i really like this feature so you can dial the max speed down on detailed designs and use the foot pedal to do some really fine work with out being afraid to push the pedal a little to far and ruining the piece and the industrial foot pedal, just like you find on a tig machine. very smooth and easy to work with
that's the coolest damn beadroller I've ever seen, I want one! and you've done some really nice work with it too, congrats.
thanks guys, the elephant took about an hour. i think that is serenity, the customer sent me the image so i am not 100% sure
WOW, nice machine & nice work !! The Baileigh design is well thought out. Might have to, ahem.... borrow some of those ideas.
After seeing this I think it's time to visit Loveland for a tutorial. ..nice work Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
