...build your own and paint it how you like; how do you know what the builder's plan is? If he painted it you probly wouldn't like the color he chose.
Why do some people have to****** about how others build their projects, if you don't like it , just move on. These posts don't add anything worthwhile to the thread. You can badmouth any thread on here if you try. Geeesh!
I like the truck as is myself.

I wonder who owns it and where he is from. I thought I had one of the only running COE trucks in Kansas City.

This Mack would be sharp with some black paint, chrome Stacks and a big front bumper.

  16. Can anyone ID the rear fender on this one? Looks to me like it might be late 30s Dodge/Plymouth sedan.

Started life as a 1946 three ton Pure oil truck, came to me about a month ago, as a cab and chassis. The plan was to use the original rails and use a****mins drivetrain. Tha chassis was twisted really badly and some repairs were made to it at some point that really were beyond questionable. I decided to use the entire chassis from my dodge 2500 doner truck. I've been working on rust repair and getting the body on the chassis. I need to stretch the rails 16" to get the engine mounted. That's all I got

  27. Nice, Thanks for the info.
You should put up a build thread in the COE social group.

  28. I haven't been through every page on this thread (probably came in around # 200 or so), so forgive me if this has been shown before:
