No wonder roof chopping and channelling never really took off in Europe! This is what was around cheap in the fifties;-) Not really though these were always rare.
    Makes a Duesenberg look frumpy!

Good thing we didn't know about them. They'd still be in business. Probably under the name of "Instant Rod".

That is a beautiful piece of machinery.

Though, I'm not too sure how traditional saying "OMG" in subject ***les is.

Oh my gosh. We've been saying that for over a hundred years now. It's one of the less offensive expressions these days.

Voisins are cool. I started a thread on them too, but a Bucciali is in another cl*** altogether. Longer, lower, heavier, bigger.

Voisin car had a lot of aircraft influence, being built by French flying pioneer Gabriel Voisin. He knew how to build cars and airplanes and knew how to live. He ***led his memoirs "Men Women and 10,000 Kites".

My ex father-in-law restored a 30s prototype Bugatti that had a "U16" - 2 straight 8s that turned a common crank. Way eff'n cool it was. Somewhere I have pics, I'll try to find and post

I believe they only built three Buc******, this is a replica built in the 1980's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKH6ROD74C0 I always enjoy seeing threads like this on the HAMB, they help add to everyones automobile knowledge. Bob

Stony Smith of Oddball Kustoms built a modern version called the Booch. I found these pics of it on his blog.

  29. the booch is rad also! Its amazing the trends is to mimic what was done waaaaay back instead of building something like george jetson would drive

  30. The "duck" trim on the side is neat. Steering wheel is on the correct side too!
