    1st Post:
I just purchased a Rotary asymmetrical SPOA9 lift from a defunct service station. My work shop for storage, maintenance and restoration is just under construction ( 50 x 30 x 16 feet clear span, have a 4 foot poured foundation wall with 2 inch external styrofoam insulation) with two 10 x 10 OHD roll-up doors; floor has not been poured , yet and the building is a prefab all steel building, R28 ceiling and R20 insulated walls ; floor will be on a 6 inch 3/4 gravel base with 10 mill vapour barrier and 2 inch styrofoam. A Pex radiant natural gas boiler system should hold a 50 degree F for winter projects.
The service bay avaliable is 15 x 34 and 14.5 feet clearance.
The recommended aft approach is 15 feet and recommended fore approach is 9 foot clearance.
Any recommendation for side clearances ?
Was going to do 3/4 inch 'L' anchor bolts in a 12 inch slab under the lift.
I found the layout for pot anchors from Champ; a 6 inch 4000 psi pour is recommended.

    Any other suggestions ?
Other than the steel shell and a budget, I have a clean sheet of paper !
