The empirical evidence that you have, proving it was Henry's car is priceless. I would suggest swabbing the front seat and having it DNA tested. You should be able to identify HF's farts, further addding to the historical provenance.

I don't see any evidence to indicate it was owned by Henry Ford. Unless there was a clear paper trail that showed all owners all the way back to the Henry Ford, I'd be extremely skeptical.
