Technical Rear Armrest removal , 1939 Ford Tudor ??

Looking for some pointers from those in the know .
I need to remove the rear armrests from my '39 Tudor in order to replace the rear 1/4 gl***.
Do these bolt on from the inside? Or is it a slide and lift deal or what? I cant see any screws or similar in the arm rest itself and as my car is still original interior I'm trying to be as gentle as possible .

any tips or help appreciated .
