235 offy intake with fenton headers

intake is at least 20 years old. fenton headers are quite old also, if it matters. 1954 235 block with an "848" head from around '58. Does anyone know if these will install on the engine together or will there be some kind of inferference?

I have that set up on a 261.

 

gotta relieve the intake a bit on the ports closest to the firewall. the intake and exhaust will probably rub just a little. Trial fit first before you crank on the keepers
