A Big Thanks to the Bubba and Repo! These guys made an other wise bad weekend... not so bad.
I was almost into Denton when electrical disapeared. After 2 hours of mentally re-wiring the whole car twice, I was fed up. I made a simple phone call for advice... and before I could even think, Bubba had a guy with a tow truck on his way, and another willing to take the car in for the night.
Since I had to work the next day till 2:00, the original plan was to leave the car over night at the show grounds. Instead, I got up there Saturday just in time to hang out with folks at the end of the show. Afterwards, over to Repo's place, where my car was. A friend of his provided the fresh set of eyes needed to find the problem (Huge thanks to that guy too!)
-Long story short: My air compressor went out and caused a chain reaction of electrical falures.
I drove by the after party long enough to say hello and goodbye, and the buick made it back to Dallas just fine, but I couldn't have made it with out you guys.

Having never met a lot of you, I just wanted say THANKS AGAIN for the help!

Below: My car gets towed into town Friday night, and parked just a few miles from the PnP Car Show.

 

glad it ended up alright. sorry you had so many problems. i guess looking back on it we could have had it towed to the fairgrounds to be in the show. repo is a good dude to know and im pretty sure it was Steve that was that fresh set of eyes. anyway glad to have met you even under the ****ty cir***stances. we'll do it again.

The show was great and glad to see it growing bigger each year. Thanks to everyone involved. Had a great time afterwars especially being right dead center of the chick fight ! Man chick fights are so kool. j/k..Just ****s when it is people you know. As always, it was awesome time chillin with Mr and Mrs HankCash. Hearing B*** quote the Bible while insane. Good Times !
