i know you all are getting tired of seeing 53 chevys, but i'm starting to get it where i want it. so i thought i'd throw it on here and let it get nitpicked.
slick! keep the chrome wheels, and keep the flat baby blue on the body (just cover the primer), and consider flaking the roof... tred.
Sick of 53s? Never! Dude that looks sweet. I like the sides sans the chrome. But the whole car rocks.
thats the plan for now. just picked up some fresh plated chrome front and rear bumpers. and white interior.

That looks so much nicer with chrome bumpers, I thought the painted ones were pretty ugly, but I didn't want to say anything. A fresh baby blue paint job on that car and you're styling.
Nice, i'd like to do an early 50's chev to replace my current car, and yours is exactly like what i'd like mine to look like, 'cept chopped of course. Love it though, keep us posted.
cut coils in front and 3" blocks in rear. the 4" blocks made the car bottom out pretty bad. c-notch in the future.
