ESPO 6-leaf packs in the rear, built with 2" less arch, in the rear.

'65-'66 Mustang front springs, trimmed to taste (starting with 1 complete coil, until they settle). Which ones exactly will depend on your driving style. I run Grab-A-Track 620 (.620" wire size, ~560in.-lb. rate, with a 144 L6) on my '60.

    Shelby drop.

    Put a 1" anti-sway bar for a '65-'66 Mustang in there too.

KYB Gas-A-Just shocks on all 4-corners, and you are good-to-go.

I really like what the owner did with the black in the engine bay!

Thought I would put some pics up of my Aussie 64 Falcon ute, for those that have not seen it. I have been driving it lots this summer, gets a lot of thumbs up and people always stop to have a look :) It has a 221cu six cylinder with headers and twin exhaust, so it sounds great at the moment but I have a 302 Windsor conversion going into it soon, cant wait!

Yup! Hate that I didn't say anything about the UTE, 'cause it's way cool, too! But damn, Triumphs just seem to grab my attentions quickly!

Thanks! Yes, the ute has been handy as well, I have even used it to carry stuff lately!

I wish the Triumph was mine but alas it is not. I see the bike parked up nearby my work everyday, so had to stop and get a photo of them together!

Nice! I have not had any older triumphs, although I had a scrambler I recently sold. Most people though it was old at least!

I am Keen to build an old bike one day. Well, once I finish my Falcon projects maybe!

The only old Triumphs and BSA's I've had were back when they were pretty new! ;)

Just went through most of this thread. 150 back to 80 so far. Some great inspiration for the 62 Futura I picked up a few weeks ago. Just doing a cam, lifters, valve springs, intake and carb on a stock short block 302 for now as well as building a trans. Car is pretty rust free and has 14 inch 4 lug slots so I am going to run it as is.

Yeah, the Australians got some neat stuff that did not appear in the US, and never did see the end of the Falcon.

Yeah, that's definetly factory. there is supposed to be F O R D badging in the B pillar there but my Ute has had most of the badges shaved by a previous owner. There are slight appearance differences to a ranchero from the same era but
they are basically the same car.

FCA, that was one of the Falcons that was for sale from the estate of an fca member, right? Started to follow up on that one. Oh well, I have a 65 sedan delivery( orig. v-8) a 65 2 dr wagon and a 62 2 dr dlx wagon. Looks like that was a real nice 61 sedan delivery. Where in Texas did it go???? Are you going to keep it stock or drop a v-8 in it??

Nice one! Sedan deliveries are quite rare anywhere these days. Good find!

They are quite rare here in Australia as well, there are a few being restored that I know of though.

Ah nice one, small world! Sams all good, we pulled the 289 out of the wagon awhile ago so he could tidy a few things up on it.

As for the Falcon sedan, I am putting the interior back in this weekend. Probably going to sell it though as a finished car at some stage soon. I dont really want to though but need funds.

My Ute is getting the V8 conversion done at Easter, stay tuned. I think I have seen your cars on oldschool?

Yep thats the one, how I know Sam pretty much from oldschool. And Alice she was kicking round Napier for a little while.

Keep up the good work, your ute is awesome. Keen to do a similar style to a ranch wagon..

A guy that works down the street from where I live just picked this one up and put several K into it. There are a number of falcons here in Burbank, but this one is the first I can say I've ever liked. It's convinced me these little guys can look bad ass.
