i grew up with in the 60s,my dad raced stocks in the figure 8 races, and also modifieds. seems like every one we went to visit all his freinds had 1 or 2 old dirt cars in the back yard or barn.at just 17 i got married and also went building cars and racing of some sort. my wife died in 09 after 31 yrs,at that time we had 3 54 chevys and a 53. of corse i sold out,cause that was somthing we done together, now i would like to get back in the seen and build a vintage dirt racer like ive seen here on the h.a.m.b. thanx for this site,will be sending pics soon. and any tips will be greatly appreciated
if you know of any older coupes or cars 30s-40s thats to far gone to restore,lookin for preferably mopar since i already have an engine.
