so i had the decision to make of putting the patch for the back of the cab in down low and fixing the whole back panel with all of its dents and dings or make a whole panel . the whole panel will save tons of hours in body work compared to what had to be done to the orig panel . Honestly it was only and extra 3 Feet of welding to replace the whole back .

Flop, the idea of bringing you my cab has crossed my mind. I am a straight line north of you except the fact that i would have to tour all the way around Lake Erie. This is not out of the question either I suppose.
Keep up the good work. We are watching.

Hey Flop,

The build is lookin killer...............

Can I suggest, you go with '' boiled linseed oil '' cut with sprits rather than the poly for the wooden frame parts........The WhiteAsh is an open grained hardwood, and will take several coats of poly to seal, where the linseed oil will actually get into the pores of the wood, and seal it from the inside out. It sounds kinda ''old world'' and funky, but works out well!
