actually I'm fast on this one. i usually find out about these mag deals months down the road.

 

find a copy and bring it to World of Wheels so I can read the story about your coupe

 

i stopped after work at barnes and noble. they didn't have it yet. the subscribers must get it first. i did a photo shoot last fall in racine. drd performed it. the mag never contacted me to let me know about it. I'm curious to find out what is in the text. they must have made up the story off the tec sheets. bob maybe some day your altered wheel base car will hit the seven sec. zone. let me know if you need a hand. i can show you how to do it. all you need is a blower some nitro and my proven tune up.

 

I am not interested in being as fast as you Brian. you can have all the glory and I will cheer for you.

thanks for posting the article. i was just able to read the story. thank you all for the kind words. i will see you at the shows and races this summer if it ever comes.

I don't know about everybody but when I try to see them by clicking to make them readable they come out SIDEWAYS. If I had a laptop no problem but my PC monitor is bolted to my desk.

 

finally got my hands on a copy. I'm disappointed to read a error in the story. they printed i won class at last years drag week. this is incorrect. i set the all time lowest et in the hot rod class last year. i will never claim a win that was not mine. i would not want to take something away from the driver of the flat black 40 ford also from wi. that won the last two years. i hope by posting this it prevents any issues down the road. i will also send a letter to the editor for a retraction in next months issue. the rest was very cool. I'm humbled.
