Drop axle and mono leafs up front. Get ahold of username Used Up Junk and see how low his is. Ride will suffer a little bit it'll look cool.

Lots of good info over at fordtruk.com. Everybody has different opinions on "the best way" do some research, check your budget, and ask yourself about your mechanical abilities. Plus you need to ask your what are your intentions with the truck.. Lots of things fall into play. Once your able to answer some of those questions, then post them up here and you will get a lot of help. But to be asking the best way, that probably won't get lots of feed back.
You can lower it with something as easy as removing a few individual leaves ( or is it leaf's lol) from each spring pack, you can do axle flips, drop axle, you can do front clips from other cars, like Volare, crown Vic's, or jaguar, you can do the whole mustang II route.. Lots of options to choose from.. I know I didn't give you an exact answer but you really didn't state your intentions with the truck.. Hope this helps and not confuses you.
