History Anyone know what these wheel covers are? (Vince Ulloa '51 Chevy)

    This photo appears in the thread on 4-door kustoms. Does anyone know exactly what those wheel covers are? They look like large, smooth baby moons with some sort of trim ring in this photo, but it seems more likely they are a full one-piece cover??

    It could be this one as well (below). I think this is an Lyons aftermarket hubcap. (looks to be trim ring and moon cap, but this is a one piece unit. (Joel Davis photo)

    Ah, I see.
    So definitely aftermarked (I'd guessed), possibly one-piece possibly two-piece, almost certainly Lyons. That all makes sense.
    It looks like the one-piece to me; the baby moon portion seems bigger and flatter than a regular baby moon hupcap.
