I am trying to help out an old school friend(no computer, etc.) with a very established shop find a new trimmer. He is looking for an experienced trimmer in Berkeley, Ca. My cousin has a shop in Sebastopol. He's been through quite a few. Told me they all have their idiosyncrasies. They all worked for a while and then moved on too. Good luck.
Yes, he said there is quite a bit of turnover. This is a chance for someone to step into a busy shop with lots of work and I believe the pay is pretty darn good too.
Last time I'll bump it… good gig for any guys that are handy with the scissors and sewing machine in the Bay Area. That said- thank you to all the people that make this place a great place for information, inspiration and of course… FUN!
