Technical White Car, What Interior???

I need some inspiration guys.
Im getting really into the look of white hot rods, like this one:


But I hate the look of a white on white interior, and DEFINATLY DO NOT WANT BLACK!
What colors would look best with a white car like this. I was thinking a sapphire blue like this, but it might look tacky:

Any Opinions?

 

I think a light blue would look great! I've seen several white early 60's Chevys with blue interiors and it's a great look

I've always liked red guts with a white exterior.

There's also a white 48 Plymouth in town that has a orange and white tuck and roll interior that looks *****in.

 

Red looks good with white,think '62 Chevy Impala interior. HRP

 

Red with white and or black accents.
Some chrome flake sparkly vinyl would be pretty cool.

A deep Ox Blood red would look good too!

i always liked a tan interior on white cars

 

Purple flake.

 

Copper color metal flake vinyl with chrome piping.

 

Wow I like the suggestions. The more vibrant colors like Purple, Blue and copper flake are really appealing to me!

 

Like black, any and every color will work. White is the ultimate blank canvas.

There are over 229,000 different colors.
Any one of them will go with white.
Depends on your mood I guess and the mood you want to set for the car.

I'd go with a black diamond tufft, chrome ****ons and vibrant blue piping.

 

Saw this in a nice falcon. I think it would be a cool seat idea for your car.

I don't think the sapphire blue wud look tacky, I think it wud look great. I think a light blue interior wud look great, too. I can't put my finger on the light blue interior shot I was looking for, but check out 1959Nomad's thread on the HAMB for pix in posts #418 & 421 of the blue, '59 Impala seat covers he used. See: http://jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=628480&page=21 Also note the pix here of the contrast between light blue and white on a '59 Chevy SW. Again, I know it's not an interior shot, but the blue on the exterior of the early '50s Chevy PU here is emblamatic of a color for the interior and shown here for contrast. I'm sure whatever color you choose will be the right one for you.

 

Well Toast, I would love to show pics but that would be years from now as all I got is a rusty body and the remains of an old ch***is. Im just planning for now...
